Whining Your Way To Health, Happiness & Prosperity With EFT

It’s such a struggle having to be positive all the time.

Having a good attitude. Seeing the bright side to everything. Life’s hard enough as it is and when that becomes apparent, sometimes it really *is* right and proper to really express yourself.

You know, emotions build up. Or should I say, energies build up. And up. It is just like a pressure beginning to rise – hardly noticeable at first, then more and more. The pressure grows, the energy gets denser and tighter. And then there comes the point where the energy body needs to have this pressure removed or else it seriously starts to hurt, seriously starts to unbalance body and mind – and that’s why and when people blow their tops, start shouting or the tears begin to flow.

Of course, the reason for this is a blockage in the energy system, a stopper in the flow that causes the normal energy flow to back up and creates this pressure scenario. When you take out the blockages, the energy rushes through and out and phew – what a relief! That’s when people say, “Oh that’s so strange, that feeling isn’t there anymore – I feel fine

2006 Philadelphia Phillies Preview

The Philadelphia Phillies remained right on the Braves heels for most of the 2005 season thanks to a potent batting order that included 2nd basemen Chase Utley (.291 28 105), and outfielders Pat Burrell (.281 32 117) and Bobby Abreu (.286 24 102). Shortstop Jimmy Rollins (.290 12 54) and veteran catcher Mike Lieberthal (.263 12 47) also contributed to provide the Phillies with a well-balanced lineup. Perhaps the biggest offensive surprise was the emergence of rookie 1st baseman Ryan Howard (.288 22 63) who stepped in to replace the inured power hitting Jim Thome. Howard hit an impressive .298 mark after the all star break, launching 19 homeruns while playing in 67 games. His .323 batting average against righties helped keep the Phillies close and landed Howard National League Rookie of the Year. The Phillies ended the 2005 season with a respectable 88-74 record, finishing 2 games behind the Eastern Division leading Atlanta Braves. Philadelphia finished second in the National League with a team batting average of .270 (eighth in MLB).

The Phillies 2005 pitching was led by newly acquired Jon Lieber (17-13 4.20) who was picked up from the Yankees in the 2004 off season. Lieber posted only

Creating Customer Value In Your Proposals

Read any book on sales or proposal writing. Go on a sales training course. One of the first topics that will be covered is features, advantages and benefits. Ultimately, any proposal whether verbal or written down has to persuade someone to take an action and this is done by demonstrating the benefits of taking that course of action.

In a smaller sale, especially with products it is often easy to list benefits, but with larger proposals you will have to search harder to understand the clients business problem and explain the benefits of your solution that is, how effectively and efficiently your solution solves their business problem.

Your solution should demonstrate not only value in price, but in the services that you offer. Value is the balance of cost versus benefit, therefore you need to be explicit in highlighting the benefits to the client.

Often when a contract has been lost, the client will tell you that you were too expensive but no-one ever gets told that they won because they were the cheapest. It is the best solution that usually wins, the one that offers the best benefits. This may be the most expensive solution, but it still

The Blessing Of Online Dictionaries

I have a job that requires me to be at the computer all day and quite often using the internet. I love my job (except for having to sit down all day) because I am constantly amazed by the world that the internet opens up to me. I cannot believe how much there is to be learned and explored through the internet. There are literally endless possibilities of pages to search and topics to learn about online. I love that I can be writing about almost anything and do a search for any word or phrase or idea that I’m curious about. Within seconds hundreds of thousands of websites pop up that match the very thing I am curious about. Online dictionaries have become some of my favorite things during this process.

Ever since I was a little kid I have loved dictionaries. I have owned a dictionary since elementary school and I love randomly flipping through the pages to see if I can learn a new word and a new definition. I never imagined that I would have access to as many dictionaries as I wanted when I began working online. I cannot tell you

Fly Fishing Techniques That You Can Use on Your Next Fishing Trip

Fly fishing techniques can be used on streams, rivers, ponds and lakes. Fly fishing works in salt water and fresh water, cold water and warm water. Fly fishing techniques can be broken down into sub-surface and on the surface. Sub-surface means fishing between the bottom of the stream and the surface of the water column. Cast the fly to a position in front of the path of a target fish. This position should be a point on either side of the fish but ahead of it. Casting a light fly like that is impossible with traditional fishing rods and casting is one of the most important skills a fly fisherman needs to grasp. Learning to cast is about commitment to the art. Cast out away from the boat or drop it directly over the side, straight down. Once the lure hits bottom pull it upward and let it free fall back to bottom. Cast it out, then retrieve it quickly through the water and the fish will throw themselves at it.

Rods were still heavy and clumsy, while the few existing reels were very simply constructed and quite small in comparison to the rods. The rotating

Switzerland’s Cheesy Economy

In a series of referenda in 2003-5, Swiss citizens transformed their country forever, economically aligning it with the European Union and opening it up to work migration. It was an uncharacteristic response to increasingly worrisome times.

In March 2003, Switzerland’s annual rate of inflation dipped to 1.3 percent. Once a cause for celebration, it is now construed to be a worrisome sign of lurking deflation. Growth has been below trend for years now. Demand is ever-weakening and capacity is idle. Taxes are high, the national debt soaring.

Interest rates are vanishingly low, having been chopped by half a percentage point in March 2003. But the Swiss franc, impervious to these monetary gambits, is at a five year high against the dollar. Switzerland depends on exports and tourism – they constitute more than half its gross domestic product. The almighty currency does its trade balance no favors.

National economic emblems are crumbling left, right and center. In an interview to the daily Blick, Andre Dose, chief of Swiss International Air Lines, the tottering successor of the bankrupt Swissair, begged for tax exemptions, lower insurance premiums and a waiver of airport charges as well as soft loans and subsidies from both

Body Language Speaks Louder Than Words

Has it ever occurred to you how much you are saying to people even when you are not speaking? Unless you are a master of disguise, you are constantly sending messages about your true thoughts and feelings whether you are using words or not.

Studies show that your words account for only 7% of the messages you convey. The remaining 93% is non-verbal. 55% of communication is based on what people see and the other 38% is transmitted through tone of voice. So think about it. In the business setting, people can see what you are not saying. If your body language doesn’t match your words, you are wasting your time.

Eye contact is the most obvious way you communicate. When you are looking at the other person, you show interest. When you fail to make eye contact, you give the impression that the other person is of no importance. Maintain eye contact about 60% of the time in order to look interested, but not aggressive.

Facial expression is another form of non-verbal communication. A smile sends a positive message and is appropriate in all but a life and death situation. Smiling adds warmth and an aura of confidence.

The Magic Of Harry Potter Meets The World Of Flowers

If you’ve been paying any attention at all to the world of movies and books in the last several years, you know whom Harry Potter, the boy wizard and star of J.K. Rowling’s acclaimed series of books, is. The magic of Harry Potter is so pervasive that it has even entered the world of flowers
in the name of a new species of flower found in Ecuador. The name of this new flower is Macrocarpaea Apparata. It’s name comes from the term “apparate,” which is used throughout the Harry Potter series to describe wizards disappearing from one place and reappearing in another.

Central to the discovery of this new flower was Lena Struwe, an assistant professor of ecology, evolution, and natural resources at Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey. Struwe’s choice of the name and its connection to the world of Harry Potter wasn’t an accident. She is, in
fact, a fan of the young wizard. The flower was so named because the discovering team conducted quite a search of the Ecuadorian mountains in search of one of these plants bearing flowers so that they could make a definite determination that this was, indeed,

Getting Started Today Is Crucial To Having Massive Success Tomorrow

Millions each day (if not more) are afflicted with and effected by the habit of procrastination. How many times have we all said, “Oh, I’ll do it tomorrow”?

Procrastination will kill your dreams faster than you can even have them.

Here’s the simple, straight forward reason why: You can’t succeed at something until it exists.

Or, put another way: everything that physically exists (whether it’s a painting, a city, a relationship, a career or a friendship) had to have been born first. And all physical things are born out of an action.

So when we procrastinate, we take no action and consequently – nothing is born.

Do you want financial freedom?

- Then you need to take action.

Do you want to own your own home or be your own boss?

- Then you need to take action.

Do you want massive success?

- Then TAKE ACTION!

GET STARTED

Guess what?? Tomorrow never comes. It never does.

I used to get like a deer in headlights, frozen in my tracks, when it came to reaching for my dreams. The idea of having my own business seemed so daunting that I didn’t know where to start…so I didn’t! There
